J and I did a little exploring of the local pumpkin patch this week to get pumped for the Halloween festivities. Their weren’t really any rides or anything at this patch (it was a fundraiser for a local church) but the variety of pumpkins was ah-mazing and the prices were pretty spectacular in my opinion. (For example, tiny pumpkins to decorate the table with were a mere 50 cents each) Anywho, the fall weather is lovely and I am rather excited for spooky fun this weekend.
I have finally started making some new girlfriends in this new town and we are having a pumpkin carving party Tuesday night. I’ll be serving chicken tortilla soup and red wine. What else do you need, right? Then this weekend we are headed to our friends annual Halloween party… in the past they’ve had a haunted maze in their basement, so I’m excited to see what they have in store for us this year!!
Here’s a peek at the pumpkin patch:
Now we just have to finish our costumes and we’ll be set!!
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

Whooooa, gray pumpkins?? I’ve never seen those before! Those would look so crazy on a black-and-white themed porch, haha! Have fun at your pumpkin carving party!
